One-Time Projects:
Payments for services such as website design, SEO setup, ad campaigns, or other one-time projects are non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly Services:
For ongoing services billed monthly (SEO, ad management, etc.), you may cancel your service at any time with written notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already billed or delivered.
Billing Disputes:
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond promptly.
