1. Services
#1 Contractors provides digital marketing services to contractors in selected local markets. We only work with one contractor per service per area to ensure exclusivity and avoid internal competition.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely communication, and any materials needed to complete projects (e.g., logos, photos, service details). Delays in providing these materials may affect timelines.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due as outlined in your agreement or invoice. Ongoing services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials created by #1 Contractors—including websites, ad copy, graphics, and campaigns—remain the property of #1 Contractors until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom assets may transfer to the client unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice. For monthly services, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate service if a client violates our terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or fails to pay.
6. No Guarantees
We strive to deliver strong results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or outcomes. Digital performance depends on many external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
